THANK YOU
The Levuka Public Primary School Building Project is now completed and we would like to acknowledge with thanks, everyone who participated in this huge undertaking.

We would like to thank the following organisations in Levuka who reached out and opened their doors to house the students after the fire. This enabled the children to continue their education with minimal interruption

·the Methodist Mission for the use of a Delana Primary School Classroom - the Eli Peceli Hall
·the Catholic Mission for use of a Marist Convent School classroom and the Parish Hall
·Levuka Town Council for use of the Town Hall
·Bowling Club and
·LPS Secondary.

We thank outgoing Primary school manager Mr. Waqa and his building crew. Without his crew's dedication and cooperation there would not have been an official opening to witness last month. They leave behind a beautiful building that will be more than appreciated in the years to come.

We are hugely grateful also to all the Ex-scholars worldwide for their contributions, for their hard work and loyalty and for helping to make this a reality for a school we love and are still proud of. Thanks to the Ex-Scholars associations in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the UK

And lastly, on behalf of the Ex-scholars worldwide I would just like to thank the Ex-scholars in Fiji and the Levuka community for doing such a tremendous job to ensure the uninterrupted education of the students of LPPS. The people in charge of the budgets, the teachers, parents and families and all those people who worked behind the scenes to make sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. Vinaka  Vinaka Vinaka

Earlier tn the first school term (2005)  some 30 plus secondary students were made to sit on mats and stools because there was a shortage of Desk and Chairs. As a result, a number of concerned ex- scholars namely Ben Naidu, Robert Paterson and Mathew Robinson got together and started a campaign to help out. Because of the urgency they immediately contacted those they knew would give from the heart and with in a short time  raked up the required amount. Through  Ben's contact the desks & chairs were made and delivered to the school per Ben!s truck and boat. accompanied by Ben amd Mathew. We would like to acknowledge with thanks the following people :
